Il 29 Giugno esce il DVD dell’Hard Rock Cafè

As promised, we are finally able to announce the release of the Hard
Rock Cafe DVD! The date you’ve all been waiting for is… June 29th!
Melanie performed in aid of the Caron Keating Foundation as part of
Pinktober at the Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester in October last year.

Armed
with just three camcorders, a network of talented fans have created
this impressive DVD that perfectly encapsulates the atmosphere of a
very special and intimate evening.
Besides the 75 minute concert, the DVD will also include two exclusive,
previously unheard demo tracks from the lady herself, photo galleries,
the This Time EPK and a little surprise!

When approached in the summer of 2008 to once again support Hard Rock Café’s “Pinktober” campaign, Melanie C didn’t hesitate to agree. Having recently returned home from the hectic pace of the Return Of The Spice Girls Tour, the thought of an intimate, acoustic evening in front of her fans very much appealed to Melanie. The fact that the event was to raise money for the Caron Keating Foundation only made Melanie more determined to participate.

It is this combination of fans and charity that has led to the forthcoming release of ‘Melanie C: Live at The Hard Rock Café’ on DVD on June 29th. The brainchild of a handful of Melanie’s dedicated fans, their idea was to capture on film Melanie’s final public performance after ten years of touring before taking a break to become a mum. Armed with just three camcorders and a network of talented volunteer fans they have created an impressive DVD that perfectly encapsulates the atmosphere of a very special evening.

With all profits benefiting the Caron Keating Foundation, the DVD includes acoustic versions of the hits ‘I Turn To You’, ‘Never Be The Same Again’ and ‘Next Best Superstar’ as well as some personal favourites during a 75 minute set. Also included are two photo galleries featuring previously unheard demo tracks.
